Paid rescue expenses include labor, pre-hospital treatment, transportation, accident insurance, logistical support, and the introduction of third-party rescue forces incurred in the rescue process. The service fee of the rescuer shall be determined according to the salary of the rescuer and the actual rescue time. Expenses for pre-hospital treatment, transportation, accident insurance, logistical support and third-party rescue shall be cause-and-effect related to the current rescue activities.
The local government shall complete the examination and approval of the rescue expenses within 15 working days after the completion of the paid rescue; Within 20 working days, the tourist activity organizer and the rescuee shall be served with the Notice of Paid Rescue Expense, including the details of the charge items, payment term, payment method, account number and other information. The method of service shall refer to the relevant provisions of the Civil Procedure Law.
